I strongly believe that we have the power to become who we want to be and we will go only as far as we are willing to take ourselves. Through my years of practice, I have learned that my role as a therapist is to simply walk alongside my clients as they take me on their life journey into bettering themselves. I practice from a psychodynamic perspective integrating holistic, mindfulness, and existential techniques.
